The standard price for the whole house with space for up to 8 people is €280-€320 per night.
Minimum length of stay: 5 nights
Neoi Epivates
The standard price per night an room is €250. Minimum occupancy is 4 rooms.
In this case you are alone in the villa and can spend your holiday undisturbed.
Should you require the entire villa and require 12 double rooms, you will receive a special rate of €2,650 per night.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Weddings, baptisms, birthday parties... can be fully organized. Related prices are agreed separately.
